PHP scripts & crons 500 Internal Server Error after a while

Hi,
my vps works fine. My sites run fast, my plesk 11 works fine.
But when I run scripts such a mass email tool (php via browser) that needs more time until finish I get a 500 Internal Server Error afte a while.
I have the same problem when I try to run a php cron (php page via browser).
I've tried to added more memory and time limits for the relative hosting plan, but it did not help. I had no any difference.

My VPS (4 cores - 2G ram) runs Ubuntu 12.04.3 LTS with Plesk 11 (11.5.30 Update #28, last updated at Jan 4).
I use the default plesk settings for the PHP. I run also the NginX (but I had the problem also before I started use the NginX).
The defalt PHP settins is with FastCGI as I see.

I see in /var/log/apache2/error.log
