Pipe emails to script

Hello,

I am new to Parallels and I would like to set up an email catch system maybe through a sub domain that would let me handle emails like:

prop546@prop.domain.com
prop819@prop.domain.com
prop215@prop.domain.com
prop090@prop.domain.com

-or-

prop@090.domain.com
prop@215.domain.com
prop@819.domain.com

and have my php script handle the email strip the prop id and insert the message in the db.

This may not be possible or it may be to hard to accomplish for me but I would really like to do it!
