• Our team is looking to connect with folks who use email services provided by Plesk, or a premium service. If you'd like to be part of the discovery process and share your experiences, we invite you to complete this short screening survey. If your responses match the persona we are looking for, you'll receive a link to schedule a call at your convenience. We look forward to hearing from you!
  • The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.
  • The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.

Plesk 10.4.4 shows still 10.3.1 in system overview

PRODUCT, VERSION, OPERATING SYSTEM, ARCHITECTURE

Plesk 10.4.4, Ubuntu 10.04, x86_64

PROBLEM DESCRIPTION AND STEPS TO REPRODUCE

I have updated to 10.4 when it came out. The update seemed to work fine. Just installed the latest MU#8 for 10.4.4. It's definitively 10.4.4 running. However, it still shows version 10.3.1 in the system overview.

ACTUAL RESULT

On the main Plesk page, system overview it says: "Panel version 10.3.1 Update #8".
In the tab title it also says: "Parallels Plesk Panel 10.3.1"
When checking for updates, though, Parallels Installer correctly says: "Parallels Plesk Panel v. 10.4.4"

EXPECTED RESULT

It should say the correct version in the system overview. Am I missing here something?

Try to perform upgrade with CLI autoinstaller /usr/local/psa/admin/sbin/autoinstaller
Or try to use bootstrapper repair procedure.
