plesk 11.5.30 windows, DNS srv record including _"underscore" doesnt work / respond

We're checking on difficulties when creating DNS records for sip tls type SRV in a windows plesk panel 11.5.30

the records are created and visible in the dns zone of the domain name in the control panel

DNS records management in Customer Panel is here: DNS tab in top menu -> <zone_name> -> DNS -> DNS records -> Add new DNS record


__sip.__tls.sapwise.pt. SRV sipdir.online.lync.com.
__sipfederationtls.__tcp.sapwise.pt. SRV sipfed.online.lync.com.


but they're not responding
