• Our team is looking to connect with folks who use email services provided by Plesk, or a premium service. If you'd like to be part of the discovery process and share your experiences, we invite you to complete this short screening survey. • The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.
  • The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.

Plesk 7.5 Reloaded, Webalizer, and Stats

Hello,
I'm using plesk 7.5 Reloaded on a RH Fedora Core 2 server and I'm finding the following issue:

When accessing the statistics for http://www.bedndine.com I am asked to download a file. If I go to a regular php page, there is no problem seeing the php page. I know webalizer is a cgi/pl file but it is displayed to a php page. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling the service with no luck. Any help would be appreciated.

Make sure that you have any file in:

/home/httpd/vhosts/<domain/statistics/webstat

You should have there at least the index.html. Reinstalling will not help you solve this problem.

Firefox gives me the save/open dialog trying to bring up your webstats index file, have you made any changes to the /etc/httpd/httpd.conf file? Such as to the DirectoryIndex line?

Even your main site's index file won't load, you have bigger problems with your config files and hardcoded paths ....

The only thing wrong with the URL posted above is the '/statistics/' part of the URL, it should be /plesk-stat/

Try browsing to your domain's:

https://www.yourdomain.com/plesk-stat/webstat
