Plesk 8.11 upgrade to 8.2 problem

I have the same problem, when i try to login to plesk as Admin, i have the below error in the home page :

Jesus christ these people working for PLESK are a JOKE. Have they still not learned their damned lesson from all the failed upgrades in the past?

really disappointed with plesk, i was use directadmin and it never happened something like that.
