Plesk 8.2 - OSCommerce module problem

I have found out that when trying to setup OSCommerceÅ› Paypal module that it does not allow me to make edits to the Paypal module or other payment modules but I can make changes to all other items in OSCommerce.

I have checked the file permissions and all seems to be correct.

I am using Fedora Core 6 with all the latest updates for both FC6 and Plesk.

Any advice from anyone?

Login in as root does not help! I can make changes to any other portion of osCommerce but just Paypal does not let me make changes. I have since found out that if I manually change the paypal script, that it works even though this is not a good way to do it.
