Plesk 9.2.3 updater fails

C

This is a working 9.2.3 installation in a 32-bit container on OpenVZ. Ran updates this morning and get:

Error: Error: An internal error occured in auto-installer, rev.0 Options.h, line 92.
Not all packages were installed.
Please, contact product technical support.

The /tmp directory has a log file in it, but it's quite large and I am unsure how to find the meaningful information in it....

Just delete all from /tmp, run autoinstaller and try to find any useful information in new autoinstaller logs and put it here.

Same Problem

Hi,

the update via webGUI failed - so I started it via /opt/psa/bin/autoinstaller
Plesk is now updated to 9.2.3 - but /opt/psa/bin/ doesn't contain 'pleskbackup' and 'autoinstaller' anymore.
In the dir /usr/local/psa can only the dir 'var' be found.

I fixed it myself:

I found the autoinstaller in /opt/psa/admin/bin and started it from there.
Now Plesk is completely back in service.

The web GUI shows that there are updates available and there is an exclamation point icon. However, clicking the Install button to bring in updates gives this in the /tmp/ dir

Chris,

Try to run autoinstaller manually but not via GUI.

I ran this:

/usr/local/psa/admin/bin/autoinstaller

and got:

Well. As I see upgrade has been completed. Do you still have any problems with it?
