• Our team is looking to connect with folks who use email services provided by Plesk, or a premium service. If you'd like to be part of the discovery process and share your experiences, we invite you to complete this short screening survey. If your responses match the persona we are looking for, you'll receive a link to schedule a call at your convenience. We look forward to hearing from you!
  • The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.
  • The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.

Hello,

In the Advisor it says on my server that the Plesk Panel is not secured,

In fact, it is. I have a Wildcard SSL certificate installed. On the browser this is confirmed (Save).

But the Advisor does not find this and want me to install a Let's Crypt Certificate.

I think this is a BUG.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE:

ACTUAL RESULT:
Look at the screenprint saying that the panel is not secured
EXPECTED RESULT:
Showing that the panel is secured.

YOUR EXPECTATIONS FROM PLESK SERVICE TEAM:

From developers:

The problem was in the absence of an intermediate certificate in CA-bandle. We downloaded it from the Comodo site, added to the rootchain.pem file and now Plesk show correct ssl status.
But in the database everything remains the same. Therefore, if some reconfiguration occurs, the file will be overwritten and the problem will return.
That all was normal, the user needs to reinstall his certificate through UI Plesk. Do not forget to add an intermediate. In theory, an intermediate certificate must be issued by Comodo along with the main one. This needs to be clarified by the user.
