  • The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.
  • The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.

Plesk API - Extend validity period locks subscription

Steve Vos

New Pleskian
Dear,

I created my own automation around Plesk and when a subscription is about to expire an invoice is send to the customer and the validity period of the subscription is automatically extended with 1 year via RPC API.
This is working fine behave that after the extending of the period with 1 year the Subscription becomes 'locked' in Plesk. When I sync the subscription manually the validity period is reset to the initial validity period for that subscription.

How can I extend the validity period of the domain without locking the subscription in Plesk ?

With regards,
