The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release. -
The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.
Plesk backups not being removed from /tmp

Have you set the number of backup files that can be saved on server or ftp resp in backup settings ...
Also: what do you have for grep "dump" /etc/psa/psa.conf
The worst case senario is to create a cron that deletes those files for you automatically
DUMP_D /var/lib/psa/dumps
The dumps directory is working fine, however it just seems to not remove files from the /tmp when done.

The cron-job below will execute at 8:30am on every day of every month.
Login to SHELL of your server:
crontab -e
and add the following line:
30 8 * * * /bin/rm -fdr /tmp/*
BTW: I hope by temp folder you meant /tmp/ right? if NOT then just replace that folder with the one you meant. If you still need help doing that, let me know!
