  • The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
    If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.
  • The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.

Plesk billing error

Hello,

We have an issue regarding Plesk billing integrated with Plesk. The following error appears when listing the clients from Plesk:
Error: Unable to fetch customers' balances: Unable to connect to Plesk-Billing.
We don't use Plesk billing, so we are trying to get rid of that error message. The clients also get that error, so is not very suitable for us.
Any help would be appreciated.

Check you file permissions. I had the same issue and found the apache user did not have the correct permissions on the plesk-billing directory.
 
Thanks for you reply, but I am trying to get rid of plesk billing. I'm not using it, i just tested it on a standalone installation and added a Plesk server in it. Now if I shut down Plesk billing, I get that error in Plesk control panel, which is annoying.
How do I break the connection between plesk billing and plesk panel??
