Issue Plesk blocks localhost connection

I have noticed on WordPress sites, it states System Heath needs to be improved. Loopbacks are being blocked. I do have Firewall enabled, WAF and Fail2ban. I don't see any errors in the logs that I can find. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Latest version of Plesk

Not plesk specific. You'll want to check if a loopback interface exists. You can do this via ifconfig

If not, you'll need to create it: How can I create Local Loopback on Linux?
