• Our team is looking to connect with folks who use email services provided by Plesk, or a premium service. • The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.
  • The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.

Plesk Bug: Unlimited Email but just a 100MB Mailbox

Chris86

New Pleskian
Hi, i have created some service packages and give it some users. Then i have a problem, the mailbox was just 100MB large. Now i give every User the Package unlimited (where everything is unlimited), i see the mailbox from the user there stand: 96.8 MB used from unlimited. But if i make a thunderbird account it says 97% full, if i send a 6MB email, i get it back, mailbox is full...

How can i fix it, please help me.

Chris

Exactly the same problem here with Plesk 12.0.18 #68 on CentOS Linux 7.1.1503 (Core).
I started a subscription using a custom service plan with a mailbox size limit of 100 MB
After a few weeks I changed the service plan to Unlimited.
Unfortunately the mailbox size is still limited to 100 MB
Email sent to this box is bounced with
452 4.2.2 Mailbox full
