Plesk disappeared / hacked?

We are in big trouble
We are using openSUSE 10.3 incl. Plesk 9.2

This morning http Server with domains was still running. But plesk Panel and Webmail and even mail via pop/imap was not reachable.

All Databases including Plesk are still alive, as well as maildata in /var/qmail/mailnames.
As I wrote, Domains are still working.

But files for plesk are disappeared. Example: ist not possible to start psa, no websrvmngmt,... the files needed are disappeared. conf files,... are still there

Most stupid, our backup ist really old.

Do we have a possibility to "install" plesk backup tools (pleskbackup) and generate the needed backups? so we could do a complete new installation.

but as stupid as ist is without a usable backup

My guess would be that if the psa database is present and not corrupted, you must be able just be able to reinstall plesk. The whole configuration will still be there.

However, I would suggest to backup your database before to do anything else.

Have the same Problem. PSA files not available, its not possible to restart Plesk. Whats the best for doing backups? (Mails, Accounts, SQL). Suggestions? Workarount?

You can check integrity of Plesk package:

# rpm -V psa

Maybe you will need to reinstall it.
Check bash_history also =)

To install backup tools - download full distrib and install psa-backup-manager from there.
