  • The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.
  • The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.

Issue Plesk Down after upgrade and sites in err_connection_timed_out

andor

New Pleskian
Server operating system version
Ubuntu 20.04.4 LTS
Plesk version and microupdate number
18.0.44
Hi everyone,

yesterday my wordpress sites in plesk are in ERR_CONNECTION_TIMED_OUT status.
Plesk is hosted in AWS EC2 and all the ports are open (ipv4 and ipv6).
Ping sites are ok.

After that I I tried to update the version but surely something has gone wrong and now login page goes in the redirect loop and login with cli redirect to /smb/web/view and page is blank. The only page I can view is /repair.

I can access ec2 in ssh.

Could anyone help me?
Thanks
