Issue Plesk email not working

Hello guys,

One month ago I had to renew my domain, it was hosted on Namecheap and I moved it to Hostinger because I've got more things there, the problem is that my boss told me that he's been unable to access the domain's email since then, so I thought it would be a problem on the DNS (which I'm still not sure if its false). I went into Plesk and tried to access webmail, but all I got was a "ERR_CONNECTION_REFUSED" error. So I don't know if the problem is on my server's side or it's the DNS whose causing me this problems. I'm a complete newbie on Plesk so I don't know if I'm doing things right.

Please check that service Tools & Settings > Services Management > Reverse Proxy Server (nginx) is started there.
 
Thanks for your fast answer sir, yes, it is started, but it wasn't before, I just installed it following this guide. Sadly it still gives me the same error code.
 
UPDATE: I can send emails from the domain emails, but if I try to send something to them. I receive an email telling me that "you are not authorized to transmit messages through the server that reported this error".
