The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.

Das Problem ist einfach zu erklären..... du hast die Webseiten nicht auf IPv6 laufen obwohl im DNS ein IPv6 Eintrag für die Seiten existiert.
Hat der besucher also IPv6 sieht er die Plesk default Seite. Hat er Ipv4 sieht er die normale Seite.
Gib den Seiten einfach auch eine IPv6 IP und es funktioniert... alternativ kannst du natürlich auch den IPv6 Eintrag im DNS löschen.
Ausserdem solltest du noch einen korrekten Reverse DNS setzen damit du mit Emails und Spamfiltern keine Probleme bekommst.

even that it might sound hard, please translate your german sentences as well in english ( use google translate for example ), so that other users might profit from suggestions and discussions in another language than the only supported language ( english! ) here in the forums.
