  • The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.
  • The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.

Plesk is auto forwarding emails to removed email addresses after upgrading

Edrick

New Pleskian
Hi all,

I have an issue here. The user had upgraded his Plesk to 12.0.18 and there were issues to the email forwarding. For example, the user had removed this address, example1@domain.com from the mail forwarding for this email, test1@domain.com. The user had added this address example2@domain.com subsequently after removing example1@domain.com.

However, from the logs, i still see that test1@domain.com is still doing mail forwarding to example1@domain.com which is already removed and this caused the mail queue to keep increasing.

Can anybody help to explain what is happening?
