  • The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.
  • The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.

Hello,

I have Plesk 8.0.1 installed in a couple of Linux servers and I have not yet updated them to the latest versions as I believe that the Frontpage extensions have been disabled in the new versions of Plesk for Linux. Is it true? If I upgrade to the latest versions, will it affect the websites which are already using Frontpage extensions? Also I have Red ES 3.0 in the servers. Will the latest versions of Plesk support the OS?
