• Our team is looking to connect with folks who use email services provided by Plesk, or a premium service. • The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.
  • The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.

Hello,

Using plesk 9.3 on Linux centos 5. Currently i am not able to access phpmyadmin via plesk, cant create new
database cant delete existing databases, cant add files or create new
directories using plesk file manager cant setup mail boxes, i know with
unlicensed plesk u can atleast setup one email account. The problem with above
is whenever i click on these jobs to be done example add file in file manager
plesk goes to load up that page but comes back to the same page without any
given error. if there were any given errrors i could have tried searching it on
net i still tried looking up but no luck. I also have restarted the plesk ,
restarted the server, restarted mysql, restarted httpd apache no luck at all
please provide suggestion i have an unlicensed plesk right now can this be because of this? if yes i can get it licensed right now from my hosting providers thanks

Post some log files here, e.g.:

/var/log/sw-cp-server/error_log

/var/log/apache2/error.log

/var/log/messages

etc.

Sounds like you have more than one issue. And yes, sorting out your licensing *might* make life somewhat easier. Although I don't think that is why you get blank pages. A blank page for a PHP served document normally implies some kind of error.
