  • The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.
  • The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.

New Pleskian
Hello,

I have recently used plesk migration agent to migrate website from one window server to another but i am facing one issue that permissions has been lost on folders after migration.

Can anyone tell why this happened coz as far as i am aware that plesk do migrate permissions along with data / content .

Thanks in advance !

Hello,

You can use plesk reconfigurator to check the permissions and fix it. Launch it by going to start >> programs >> plesk >> plesk reconfigurator and select permission tab. That will auto fix the issues.
