  • The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
    If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.
  • The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.

Issue Plesk Migrator - webmail login works but mailclient doesn't

Hey everyone!

We are migrating a few DirectAdmin servers to Plesk.
Everything seems to work fine but the mail migration seems to have some problems.

Some of our clients aren't able to login to their mailclient (Outlook) after migrating but can login in Roundcube.
After changing the mail account password in Plesk they can login in Outlook.
Even if we change it to the same password. Password strength is good.

Can someone help us with this issue? Thanks!
 
Same issue here, but from Cpanel to Plesk.
After resetting the mailbox password in Plesk the email clients can connect, so it looks like the passwords are not transferred, except for webmail (Roundcube).
