  • The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.
  • The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.

Resolved "Plesk milter (Postfix)" Service Not Starting Automatically On Restart?

BernieG

Basic Pleskian
Hi,

My "SMTP Server (Postfix)" service starts up fine when I reboot my server, however, I notice under Plesk that "Plesk milter (Postfix)" doesn't get started automatically and I need this to be started this way my emails work properly.

How can I get "Plesk milter (Postfix)" to start automatically after a restart?

I checked "systemctl" for this service listed but I don't see it listed anywhere.

Thank you!

This fixed it for me (version 17.5.3), then reboot server to see if postfix starts automatically
Code:
systemctl enable postfix
