plesk not opening from web after upgrade from 10.2 to 10.3.1

Hi,

Plesk was showing it has some updates available to install

I allowed it to install updates and after a reboot when i visit:
https://20*.13*.9*.*34:8443/

it redirects me to https://localhost:8443/relay


whereas i can access plesk panel successfully in remote desktop on server but not from the web

Seems like SSO is configured to work on wrong URL
Try to execute:
%plesk_dir%\admin\bin\billing-update-hostname --new-hostname <server hostname>

Please pay attention that this server hostname must be resolved both locally on server and globally (from web)
Or you can use IP address

If this won't help, execute
%plesk_dir%\admin\bin\billing-integration --command repair-all --hostname <server hostname> --idp_url https://<server hostname>:8443

I have got the same issue, i have done all the above that has corrected by problem with plesk billing,
but i still cant open any other links such as server config, customers, etc for my plesk control panel for
webhosting.

It loads be a page saying Firefox has detected that the server is redirecting the request for this address in a way that will never complete.

Please help anyone

sso.exe --set-prefs -server https://yourhost.com:8443
