Issue Plesk not sending backup notifications

Hí,

I have a Plesk server that does not send email notifications when a backup is finished. Things I double checked:

• Other plesk notification are being delivered and received successfully.
• /var/log/maillog does not show any activity related to the backup notification email
• /usr/local/psa/admin/share/pmmcli/pmmcli-rc does not exists, no custom configurations there
• When I perform a backup or restore I check the option to send a notification when completed.
• I tries both backup and restore, no mails in any case.
• I dont' see anything relevant in /var/log/plesk/PMM/pmmcli_daemon.log
• No errors or any reference to sent emails in /var/log/plesk/PMM/pmmcli

Any other thing I might be missing?

Did you find a solution? I have the same problem in over a dozen servers installed in the last month. It's not only backup mails, also updates one or anything else. Plesk is not sending any panel related email.
