  • The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.
  • The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.

Dear Support,

When I run "C:\Program Files (x86)\Parallels\Plesk\admin\bin\web_statistics_executor.exe", I receive this error:

Code:
The system cannot find the path specified. (Error code 3) at Open file
'C:\inetpub\vhosts\maindomain.com\.plesk\statistics\domain.com\webstat\CopyAWStats.lock'

When I try to find this domain on mysql database, I find nothing or find records only on table "log_components"

How can I fix this error?

P.S. When I try use this article http://kb.parallels.com/en/116831, I receive this message:
Unable to find domain with name 'domain.com'

Looks like database inconsistency. There is orphaned domain.com records somewhere in database. Try to find and remove it.

Hi,

Have you checked the psa database tables for the domain entry? If not, go ahead, check it, and remove the entry. Don't forget to backup you existing psa DB before you do those changes..
