Can you tell me where to change the path to /var/www/vhosts/mydomain.tld/httpdocs/ please?
Looks like Plesk is looking the wrong path.

# tail /var/log/httpd/error_log

You don't set the path manually. That is automatically set with the re-generation of the vhosts.
