Plesk problem after upgrade

After upgrading to Plesk 9.5.1, many email accounts simply do not receive any messages. When I send mail from my account from: cesar@expresso.com.br to: adm@expresso.com.br, the following error appears:

Hi. This is the qmail-send program at web1.expresso.net.br.
I'm afraid I wasn't able to deliver your message to the following addresses.
This is a permanent error; I've given up. Sorry it didn't work out.

This problem occurs with other accounts in various domains. I'm running mchk - with-spam to try to correct the problems.

It would be much more effectively if you post related error messages from Plesk maillog here.

I'm finding weird, because apparently tries to deliver the logs to adm@expresso.com.br but then returns the error mailer-daemon. I deleted the account adm@expresso.com.br and created again, but still receive no message, just returns the error. Many other accounts are having the same problem.
