Plesk problem: please help me!!!!

Hi guys, I writing to this forum asking for some help.

I want to inform you that When I try to create a new domain I receive this error:

Unable to assign variables for PHostingForm: Unable to get hardquota state: ftpmng: Unable to truncate or create file /home/httpd/vhosts/centroapuesta.com/anon_ftp//conf/proftp.msg.tmp: No such file or directory System error 2: No such file or directory ftpmng: Unable to create login text file for domain 'centroapuesta.com' System error 2: No such file or directory

I do not have any idea why im having this error but
If somebody has an idea of how to fix thise problem ,please help me.

my best guess is try to "NOT" to set anon ftp, leave anonimous ftp off.

and see what happens.
