Issue Plesk Roundcube

Hi all,

i trying to setting up the mail server by following this guide
Configuring Server-Wide Mail Settings
but its still showing this error message when i try to sent mail into my mail: admin.domain.com in roundcube from my gmail.
May i know is there any alternative way to set up the email or solve this issue? Its only can send the mail between two email that are in the same server which is name1.domain.com and name2.domain.com
