Issue Plesk setup blank page

Hello,
I have a problem with my plesk installation, not really an installation, but a vps instance in contabo

I had VPS in contabo with plesk admin, the instance was running but when I try to install plesk in /admin/setup have already login, and shown page that I set administration details like administrator email, admin password and license key, After insert all the detail, clicked next, and only blank page is shown

I have tried using another browser, different laptops and different internet connection, no luck
I have tried repair using plesk repair install with no luck, might be messing with suggestion from forum too, and decided to reinstall,
I have reinstall os and plesk using contabo admin, still no luck
I have sent mail to support contabo twice within this week, and no reply at all

This is a clean server, running ubuntu 20.04

I believe it's something in configuration, can anyone give me enlightenment

If you have root SSH access to this VPS, I'd suggest you try to find more details related to this issue in the log files: /var/log/sw-cp-server/error_log and /var/log/sw-cp-server/sw-engine.log
