  • The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.
  • The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.

Hello,

First, check the headers. If spam assassin appears there then it is all ok.
If not the check the .qmail file from the mailname.
It should be there.
Check psa-spamassassin and spam assassin is running.
If it is newly installed you need to train that spam assassin at least 200 ham and spam messages until it gets active/effective.
All the other problems can be found in the maillog and troubleshooted from there.

At the headers dosen't appears anything of spamassassin.
At .qmail i don't have anything about spamassassin.
I must use spamassassin from qmail-queue or can i use it at .qmail?
Thanks

HEllo,

Try to run /usr/local/psa/admin/sbin/mchk -v

It will run for a while and it should restore the spamassassin settings.
