    If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS.

I would very much appreciate a (approximate) date for when Plesk will support Ubuntu 14.04 TLS as I am waiting on this to go ahead with a project...

Same here.
We 'd like to migrate to new server, from Plesk 11.5 Ubuntu 10.04 to Plesk 11.5 (or 12) Ubuntu 14.04. Will be posible?
 
I can say only that developers are working on Ubuntu 14.04 support in Plesk 12. Corresponding request is PPP-9025 for your reference. I haven't ETA, but I think that this version of Ubuntu may be supported by final Plesk 12 release.
