• Our team is looking to connect with folks who use email services provided by Plesk, or a premium service. If you'd like to be part of the discovery process and share your experiences, we invite you to complete this short screening survey. If your responses match the persona we are looking for, you'll receive a link to schedule a call at your convenience. We look forward to hearing from you!
  • The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.
  • The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.

plesk task scheduler suspending accounts after 12.5 update

Matthew_Thomas

New Pleskian
the plesk scheduler every day is suspending subscriptions and domains when they are active. This started immediately after done 12.5 update. I have run the repair tool for everything still the same issue. I have disabled the task for now but need this fixed.

Kinda sad cant get chat or phone support with my license purchase i pay every month and this issue was due to an update should be supported. this is only way i can get help sad sad

further looking into this all the domains that are being suspended have red question mark on mailbox quota
Total mailboxes quota
500 KB used of 0 KB
but yet the quota should be 500mb and it showing 0kb

So, looks like domain is suspended due to some resource overusage (mailbox quota?)
You need to update this resource in subscription or service plan settings.
