• Our team is looking to connect with folks who use email services provided by Plesk, or a premium service. If you'd like to be part of the discovery process and share your experiences, we invite you to complete this short screening survey. If your responses match the persona we are looking for, you'll receive a link to schedule a call at your convenience. We look forward to hearing from you!
  • The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.
  • The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.

Try to use following command in CLI for Plesk update and fix this issue:

# plesk installer --select-release-current --reinstall-patch --upgrade-installed-components

No errors with the commande but the problem still here.

I've come across a similar issue. When attempting an update through Plesk (Tools & Setttings > Updates and Upgrades) I get the following issue (attached screenshot).

I did a lookup of autoinstaller.plesk.com and it reported the cname entry as an odin.net address. Both odin.com and odin.net do not resolve for me at this time.

I did a lookup of autoinstaller.plesk.com
Correct name of this host is autoinstall.plesk.com
For correct resolving this hostname you can just add line like

93.184.221.133 autoinstall.plesk.com

to your /etc/hosts file.

Since this week I have the same problem.
Code:
plesk installer --select-release-current --reinstall-patch --upgrade-installed-components
Doesn't bring a solution.

Hello,
We have never had the solution to this problem...
We no longer use Plesk on the relevant server.
