  • The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
    If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.
  • The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.

Plesk updater never shows updates

The plesk updater never displays updates that are available; I always have to go through the patches page on the plesk site. How can I get them to show?

I have the same issue with Plesk 8.6.0 on two Windows Server 2003 systems.

Did you ever find a fix for this?

I believe it just doesn't work. You have to manually download and install the updates. Why it has gone on this long for this many versions I have no idea.
