Plesk upgrade 11.0.9 to 12.0.18

Hi,

Wanted to upgrade today, when opening the installer in plesk, I receive following error. Anyone an idea?

Little update, I uninstalled atomic, now I have still this:

Looks like something wrong with dev.centos.org repository and this problem not related to Plesk. Try to disable it at least or use other repository.
