PleskFatalException, Unknown key property: concerto

We upgraded from version 9 to 10.3.1
Before changing the common_func.php3,it shows blank screen after log in and admin-home, the rest of the tabs plesk work fine. When We give the Server tab-> License Management and give it to recover keys we get the Error

0: common_func.php3: 93
psaerror (string 'Unknown key property: concerto')
1: common_func.php3: 4831
getKeyProp (string concerto)
2: key_update.php: 16

but after changing the file common_func.php3

Please use attached fix for 10.3.1 version.

We have assigned the file common_func.php3 owner root and group root

Is it correct owner root and group root?
What owner and group should be?

Why not to 10.4.4 at least? Why you want to use this very old Plesk version?

if I update the version, Is it possible that keep the same problems with the license or new problems appear?

Problem "Unknown key property: concerto" is actual only for Plesk 10.3.1 version.

Can this be wrapped into a MU for 10.3.1? This bug affects all new customer accounts as we deploy with Plesk 10.3.1 by default. I've tried installing the patch on our local mirror site, but MD5 checksum fails after a mirrorctl update.

Sorry but for old versions of Plesk we release only critical security patches. All improvement and bugfixes we release only for latest Plesk versions.
