problem in login after create subrictation

im create subrictation in plesk
when login to host recived this error :Error: Authentication failed: invalid username or password specified
username or password is correct
im change username or password is not okey
and delet subrictation and create again is not okey
please help

im cant to login plesk and cant login to ftp for created Subscriptions

Look, I want to make sure that you perform correct steps. Smthng like that:
- login as admin
- add customer subscription
- logout and logon as customer (use username and pasword, which were specified at "Access to Panel" section) .
I think you use credentials, which were specified at create screen:

Also check users list at your subscription ("Users" tab) and make sure that you have correct user wich has access to Panel.
About FTP - Websites & Domains>FTP access and make sure that all credentials are correct (you may redefine password here)
