  • The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
    If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.
  • The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.

Problem renewing a subscription

Hi Parallels Team!

I have a customer that your subscription ends yesterday. I clicked on Activate, but I recived the message tha says me something like "You do not changed the expiration date so the domain will be activate until tomorrow".

How can I renew the subscription without use a Billing Manager (we never used it before and we do not need it for else).
 
Hello,

Kindly go to subscription>> click on domain >> select option customize >> at bottom you will find expiration date. Just change it.
