  • The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
    If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.
  • The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.

By 2 days i am working to fix the mail function for my server. On the postfix i think is configured ok at the same time all settings.

I don't understand what is wrong. Any suggestion what can be wrong?

Is any way to check logs, errors?

unfortunately there aren't enough information available, take also into consider to tell the community which OS & Plesk Version you have. Perhaps you can explain what your issue is a bit more detailed

there are a lot of Online tools available to test Mailserver like:

Looks like it's running Ubuntu, Dovecot, Postfix, Onyx 17.8.11.

We still need more to go off of though. What's in the logs?
