Issue Problem when starting apache server in plesk

Booting or restarting apache takes a lot and I get these errors.

Server version: Apache/2.4.6 (CentOS)

It is related to the obsolete mod_fcgid package. The issue described in 50309 – Apache is crashing during graceful restart
Just update mod_fcgid package.

If I understood correctly I believe that this problem happens with versions 2.2, 2.3 and I use the 2.4 in all ways as I can know if I have it updated.
Never update any packages as you should do manually.
