Issue Problem with Email server

Hi all,

i have the following problem on Linux Plesk 18.0.32 (was also happen on 31)..

Some emails stuck in the Mail Queue. I tried to setup the sending modus with domain IP - but not helping.

Also I did repair for the mail, but no errors or stuff to fix.

Any idea where to look?

What is logged to /var/log/maillog when the mail queue is processed and tries to send these mails?

Your server or part of your network is blacklisted at T-Online. You need to ask then to remove it from their blacklist. Simply write to the contact mail address mentioned in the error entry.

T-Online blocks mostly all new/unknown mail-servers.
But usually you get a quick response, if you contact them via the mentioned mail address.

You should also sign up for Microsoft's SNDS Service Sign in to your Microsoft account or you maybe get blacklisted for hotmail and outlook addresses, too.
