Issue Problem with my website!

Hello I have an accommodation on oserv, But I have an enormous problem I do not arrive to make a correct HTACCESS. And I shall like obtaining when I go on my empty site this: https://i.stack.imgur.com/lFk6D.png

And I can't arrive there I have an error 500 or error 403/404 shall have you a solution for my issue ? Possibility of explaining it or of showing me via TeamViewer ... My FTP contians : Screenshot

What is your site btw? so that I can view it.

check the logs at /var/log/httpd/ while browsing the website , which will give you a better idea of whats happening.
