  • The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.
  • The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.

Problem With New Feature in AWstats

Hey,

how can you tell that the figures of 31th Jan are not counted correctly?

I think you just have to wait until the daily Plesk cron job has run and you will have the figures for today and the correct figures for yesterday.

Greetz,

Alex.

Becouse the avarage is 2000+ users and 31 has much much lower number and it's not only this site - it's on every site on server... I'll report what happen tomorrow, but if anyone is familiar with the problem now I'd be grateful!

Hi.

I just checked my statistics and I'm experiencing the same problems:

- The stats for 31st January are too low (zero)
- The results for February show no hits for January

No idea how to fix this. Can anyone help?

Cheers,

Alex.

i also have this problem. any solutions?

thanks and regards

same problem here

answer from swsoft:
This problem is scheduled to be fixed in Plesk 8.4 version that should be available at the begin of April.

nice reply from swsoft...

they don't think about fixing bugs before a new release??? it's a shame...

It really is. Thats it for me using awstats with plesk. I'll stick with webalizer and see if they keep their promise fixing that mess with awstats in April.
