Problem with Nginx service

I execute a deb provided by cloudflare as a partnership, but I encountered a problem.
This deb kill configutarion apache / nginx and I can not restore a functional configuration, is there a way to re-install the original configuration without re-install plesk?

Look at the options for vhosts recovering in the output of

# /usr/local/psa/bin/repair --help

command and try to use them.

Hello, thank you for your help but this command does not help solve my problem I utilser control - r I still have errors 500/504 intermittently and my ssl is down for all website.
