Question problem with notifications - Subscription expiry warning

pixelup

New Pleskian
Server operating system version
Ubuntu 20.04.6 LTS - Plesk Obsidian v18.0.72_build1800250915.05 os_Ubuntu 20.04
Plesk version and microupdate number
Version 18.0.72 Update No. 3
Hello,
I regularly receive email notifications for the following items:
- Subscription expiry warning
- Successful automatic renewal of SSL certificates! (customer digest)

However, for the past few days, I have not been receiving notifications regarding "Subscription expiry warning" (even though I do have hosting accounts that are affected), but I am still receiving notifications for Successful automatic renewal of SSL certificates! (customer digest)".

Notifications for future expirations are configured as follows: Send expiry warnings: 30 days
I have Version 18.0.72 Update No. 3

Does anyone happen to know how to fix this problem?
Thank you for your help.

Hello, @pixelup . Could you please check the mail logs for the recipient email address:

Code:
cat /var/log/maillog | grep user@domail.tld

Thank you for your reply.
When I look at the logs, the emails have been sent, but none of them correspond to the "Subscription expiry warning".

I would like to reiterate that I am receiving the "Successful automatic renewal of SSL certificates! (customer digest)" emails, but not the "Subscription expiry warning" emails that I usually receive between 6:30 and 7:40.

I have updated Plesk in the hope that this will resolve the issue.

Thank you. Although you are successfully receiving the SSL certificate notifications I still wanted to confirm if there are any failures. Can you confirm which options are selected for this particular notification in Tools & Settings > Notifications?

Hello, here is a screenshot of the settings page for PLESK notifications.
Following the Plesk update on Friday 24th, I received the "Subscription expiry warning" email at 09:07 on the 25th, the header of which you will find below. However, on 26/10 or today, I have not received anything.

Thank you for the update and confirmation. Please try temporarily enabling the debug mode in Plesk and examine the entries logged at /var/log/plesk/panel.log for any warnings and errors.

Sorry for my late reply. So I activated debug mode for a day, but what should I look for in it, as there is a lot of information?

In the analysed logs, there is no trace of:
  • Failed to send subscription expiry warning
  • Unable to send email
  • SMTP error
  • mail handler unavailable
  • subscription expiry
  • notification failed

Thank you for the update and confirmation. Unfortunately, I am not sure what might be causing this specific issue. I would suggest opening a ticket with Plesk support for further investigation on your server. To sign-in and open a ticket please go to:
If you got your license from a reseller, your reseller is in charge of providing you with support. You can raise the inquiry with them and they can forward it to our team for further processing. If the reseller does not provide support, here is an alternative to get support directly from Plesk:
