• Our team is looking to connect with folks who use email services provided by Plesk, or a premium service. If you'd like to be part of the discovery process and share your experiences, we invite you to complete this short screening survey. If your responses match the persona we are looking for, you'll receive a link to schedule a call at your convenience. We look forward to hearing from you!
  • The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.
  • The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.

New Pleskian
Hello, I'm new to Plesk! (Old Cp****)
I have a small problem, my users not have access to DNS modification ..

I have activated the DNS modification in the web plan not working..

I have to make the SSH command to allow each user it's very annoying if I have to do this for everyone!

A solution for this to be active for everyone?

Thanks you

I'd start with the basics first, so I'd check if the customers in question belong to the hosting plan that has been modified and if their subscriptions are in sync with the hosting plan. The latter could be the cause for this...

If that doesn't solve the issue, it would help if you could be more specific and describe exactly what you've enabled and where in the UI, do the customers see the DNS icon in their control panel, etc. Perhaps some screenshots? What CLI command do you use to enable the DNS modifications?

Problem solved, actually the packages were blocked ..!

I made the modification of each plan so that it is synchronized!

Thanks you !
