I tried suggested fixes in this page :http://talk.plesk.com/threads/cant-install-m-28-on-plesk-9-5-4.284387/ but nothing is working.

What is the problem with my Plesk?

Another thing. Since I have this problem, several section disappeared (ex : Health Monitoring)

Someone can help me ?

Thank you !

Have you tried to rebuild rpm database? Do you have correct output of following command, for example:

# rpm -qa | grep php

Have you enough free disk space on your server?

Hi IgorG,

Space disk is ok.

rpm -qa | grep php return nothing, and rebuild rpm database do nothing...

I suppose i'm in trouble??!

Looks like rpm database is totally corrupted if you can't see something in rpm -qa output.
I can only recommend to create a request to support team to do in-depth investigation to find the reason and to fix it. Please create a ticket to support at https://odin.com/hcap/support/request/ .
You may have free support, please check what kind of Plesk license you use for available support options at http://kb.odin.com/en/121580 .
If there’s no free support in your case, you can order Plesk per-incident support at http://odin.com/hcap/support/buy-support/. Support team will contact you as soon as purchase is processed, and they will do the best to resolve it.
